Question 1: Are appointments necessary to get our documents notarized?

Scheduling appointments are helpful, but we take unscheduled/last minute appointments as well.

Question 2: Do you serve customers who speak a language other than English?

At the moment, we are only serving customers who speak English. We do have colleagues who cover other languages.

Question 3: Do you draft documents in addition to notarizing them?

At the moment, we are only specializing in notarizing documents.

Question 4: Do you ship documents off for signers?

We do have a courier service, where we can print documents for signers and ship them if needed.

Question 5: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Square, CashApp & Apple Pay.

Question 6: What is your turn around time for completing apostilles?

We have same business day, next business day and 15 business day turn around.

Question 7: What forms of ID should I bring with me?

Primary forms preferred: driver's license, passport, military ID or government official ID. If secondary forms of ID are needed, we will inform you what can suffice based off your document(s).

Question 8: What if I forget my ID?

If you do not have any valid form of ID as mentioned in the answer for question 7, we would have to reschedule your appointment.

Question 9: Can I use a NJ notary while living in another state?

Yes. If you are currently seated in another state/country, we would have to complete a Remote Online Notarization or a Remote Ink Notarization (depending on what your document allows).

Question 10: How does Remote Online Notarization work?

You get an invitation to the platform used (Blue Notary) once time and date are confirmed. You will upload the valid form of ID to the platform, along with the document. Both you and I will sign the document on the platform and the completed document will be e-mailed to you once completed.

Question 11: Can you travel to hospitals?

Yes, I make hospital visits.

Question 12: Can I schedule after business hours?

I am 24/7, so I can service after normal business hours as long as I'm available.

Question 13: Can you print documents?

Documents and copies can be printed for you for an additional fee.

Question 14: Can documents be notarized the same day?

Yes, we can accommodate same day/last minute appointments as long as availability permits.
